Traditional Malloreddus 500g : Another name, another impossible pronounce for those not acquainted to  Italian regional accents. But don’t worry, because once you’ve tried them, you will only be thinking about the amazing flavour of this small short pasta mixed with our campidanese sauce.

Campidanese Sauce 280g  : Fresh tomatoes and typical Sardinian sausage can be found in this tasty sauce, which can be matched with Malloreddus in order to create the ideal first traditional Sardinian dish.

Orecchiette  500g : Orecchiette, a trademark of the Apulian culinary tradition, are a special type of pasta whose concave shape allows to hold the flavour of every kind of sauce, especially the turnip greens condiment. Mix these two ingredients together and you will have one of the most traditional dishes from Apulia.

Turning greens condiment 180g: in this dressing, ideally combined with Orecchiette, the predominant flavours you will taste at first are those of capers and anchovies, well balanced by the presence of broccoli and turning greens.

Short Busiata 500g: Sicilian durum wheat semolina, miling with natural stone, bronze drawn on a low exsiccation. The Busiate are a typical pasta from the Trapani area. Their particular twist form is perfect to keep the dressing and maintain its original flavour.

Trapanese pesto 180g: the name of this sauce comes from the city of Trapani, in Sicily, and it is a type of pesto where almonds and Sicilian tomatoes are mixed together in the perfect first pasta dish.

Malloreddus 500g: durum wheat semolina, water.

Campidanese sauce 280g: Sardinian fresh tomatoes 60%, Sardinian sausage 30%, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, garlic, parsley, salt.

Orecchiette 500g: durum wheat semolina, water.

Turning greens condiment 180g: broccoli, turning greens 37%, extra virgin olive oil, anchovy cream, capers, garlic, salt, lemon juice, chilli pepper.

Short Busiata 500g: Sicilian durum wheat semolina, water.

Trapanese pesto 180g: tomato, extra virgin olive oil, almonds, basil, wine vinegar, garlic, salt.
