Franciacorta Satèn Romantica 2017: elegant and extraordinarily refined, this sparkling wine comes with a delicate perlage and a soft foam. The colour is straw-yellow with golden shades, the smell recalls floral notes and dry fruit hints. This wine is perfect for any happy-hour and it is crucial that it is served very, very cold.
Alcoholic level: 13%. Serving temperature: 8-9°C.

Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superior D.O.C.G.: white sparkling wine obtained from Glera vines through autoclave according to the Charmat method. It is the highest expression of Prosecco Spumante, where the harmonic an elegant structure come with a delicate smell. The freshness of this wine, combined with a refined and persistent pèrlage, make it ideal for every occasion, from aperitif to dinner.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
Marsala: It is a special meditation wine. Best if served with any kind of pastry, especially those made of almonds and ricotta. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
