Trofie 500g: the unique shape of this pasta is given by an interesting instrument called risso da baché, which defines the length and the size of every single piece. Trofie are great with our Asparagus sauce.

Medium Fregola 500g: it’s the trademark product from Sardinia. Its story brings us back to the late X century and it consists of small, irregular spheres with a rustic shape and a distinctive flavor. It assumes a gilded colour after the natural drying and toasting.
